Your privacy is important to us. We are bound by the Federal Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles. Any information submitted to this website or as part of our enrolment process is handled responsibly and in complete confidence. As part of the Schools obligation to be a nationally recognised training provider we report enrolment statistics to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER). 

Orientation and Induction

On the first day of your course we hold an induction so you become familiar with the School and how we operate, how your course is structured and how you will be assessed. As part of your induction you will receive:

• Course resource manual
• eCampus instructions and log-in
• Student handbook
• Assessment information
• Your Design Kit (Certificate IV in Design only)

Fees and Enrolment Form

Your signed enrolment form is confirmation that you accept and commit to the terms and conditions including full payment of course the fees, as stated on that form. You agree to be bound by the laws of NSW.

Language Literacy and Numeracy

If you tick that you require language, literacy and numeracy support on this enrolment form one of our Design Teachers will contact you prior to course commencement to discuss your needs.

Refund Policy

Course cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Director at Sydney Design School.

• A full refund of your deposit minus an administration fee of $275 (inclusive of GST) will be issued if you cancel 21 days prior to course commencement.
• A full refund of your deposit minus an administration fee of $550 (inclusive of GST) will be issued if you cancel 14 days prior to course commencement.
• No refund of your deposit will be issued 7 days prior to course commencement.
• Once the course has commenced course fees are payable in full. No refund will be applicable.
